Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Nicole. I’m a wife to a wonderful husband, mom to two wild and sweet little boys, and step-mom to two amazing young women. And of course, I can’t forget our three fur babies. We are a busy family, that can often be found at some type of sporting event and enjoy camping, exploring, and hiking in our free time. We are truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place, close to so many wilderness areas to explore. If you say waterfall, I’m in! Some of my favorite hobbies are gardening and DIY crafts and projects. I enjoy learning about health and wellness and believe in the importance of bettering ones mental, physical, and emotional health.
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work. I’ve always been passionate about building connections and helping others. I’ve worked several jobs with children: an after-school teacher, a nanny, a daycare worker, and almost ten years as a foster care social worker. And when I became a mom, my passion included a whole new group-moms! If you’re a mom, you likely know this is the most rewarding, and at times, challenging job there is. I have experienced first-hand, the toll various forms of stress can have on every aspect of your life. My goal is to help other mamas minimize stress, and find balance and joy in their lives, so they can be their best self, for themselves, and their families. My intention is to provide tangible advice and ideas to make busy mom life easier and enjoyable.

I truly hope when you are here, you feel seen and heard as the hard working mama you are, who is doing her best. Here there is no judgement, only understanding. Here we can be honest about the struggles and joys of motherhood. This job takes a village and I’m hoping to be a part of yours.
